Job Title: Graphics Design Instructor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers / Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking dynamic and experienced instructors to join our team and deliver cutting-edge digital skills training to young learners and teens (ages 5–17) both online and onsite in Port Harcourt.

What You’ll Do

• Teach and mentor students in your area of expertise through fun, practical, and engaging sessions
• Create and deliver structured lesson plans tailored to different age groups
• Develop, record, and upload course content to our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design high-quality instructional materials: videos, slides, quizzes, and activities
• Encourage hands-on projects that promote creativity, innovation, and teamwork
• Provide student feedback, answer questions, and support individual progress
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and industry best practices in your field
• Collaborate with other instructors and our curriculum team to ensure learning excellence

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND/OND in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Digital Media, etc.)
• Experience teaching children or teenagers in schools or tech programs
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in your subject area
• Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex concepts simply
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Google Meet, Zoom)

Technical Proficiency (Role-Specific Examples):

• Graphics Design: Adobe Suite, Canva, motion design basics

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• A reliable laptop and good quality webcam
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., OBS, Loom, Zoom, or Canva)
• Stable internet connection(for those applying for remote role)
• A quiet and well-lit teaching environment(for those applying for remote role)
