Job Title: Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Location: Ikota, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative professional with strong expertise in both visual design and video production to support our developing partner’s marketing and project promotion efforts.
• The ideal candidate must be capable of producing high-quality real estate visuals from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print campaigns
• Shoot and edit property videos, site updates, and promotional content
• Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Manage content files, revisions, and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in graphic design and video production/editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, architectural, or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
• Ability to shoot videos and handle basic lighting and audio setup
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling ability
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work
• Stays around Ikota/Ajah

Preferred:

• Motion graphics skills
• Drone videography experience (an advantage)
• Fast turnaround time with high-quality output

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
