Job Title: Graphic Designer

Description 

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand strategy.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Develop infographics, icons, logos, and other visual elements to enhance communication materials.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet the desired visual standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design quality.
• Prepare design files for print production and liaise with printers to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
