Role Overview

• WEPHCO is seeking a high-performance Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer who can drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation at scale.
• This role is for a results-oriented professional who understands premium branding, digital positioning, and conversion-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content for digital campaigns (social media, ads, website, etc.)
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead flow
• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, conversion-driven content
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-converting designs
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
• Ability to think strategically and execute quickly
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
