Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainee Sales Executives.
  • This entry-level role is designed to provide structured training, mentorship, and practical sales experience.
  • Successful candidates will learn how to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth while developing essential skills for a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and mentoring programs.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Learn to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Support in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships under guidance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to support client needs.
  • Track and report sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets after training and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for sales, customer service, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
