Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Job Summary

• At Manuel media, we are looking for goal driven individual to fill in the vacant position of a Graduate trainee.
• As a trainee you assist the administrative officer.

Responsibilities
He/she is responsible for:

• Receiving and directing calls and memos to the appropriate persons or department.
• Schedule appointment for clients to meet the appropriate personnel that will treat their enquiry.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Research and create presentations
• Preparing and monitoring of invoices
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs etc
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Submitting weekly and monthly report to the management.

Requirements

• HND / B.sc in any discipline , Preferably administration
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Good organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
