Job Role

• As a General and Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflows
• Develop and implement business strategies, including identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and optimizing operations
• Drive growth and profitability, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including changes in regulations, technologies, and market trends

Skills

• 1 year plus of experience in Management, Operations, or related field
• Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and strategy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines

Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
