Job Description

• We are seeking an exceptional and commercially driven professional to lead XEJet Express, our fast-growing express and regional airline business in Nigeria.
• This is a strategic leadership role for a results-oriented executive with proven experience in airline operations, commercial growth, and revenue optimization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, expanding market presence, and positioning XEJet Express as a leading player in the value/express aviation segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy and growth agenda for XEJet Express
• Drive passenger revenue through route expansion, pricing optimization, and improved load factors
• Develop ancillary revenue streams and strengthen commercial partnerships
• Oversee operational performance, efficiency, and customer experience
• Manage financial targets, budgets, and profitability metrics
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and stakeholder engagement
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ aviation industry experience
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Strong background in airline commercial management, route development, and revenue generation
• Solid understanding of low-cost/express airline business models
• In-depth knowledge of NCAA regulations and international aviation standards
