About the Role

• Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth? Xpresso Café, Bar & Restaurant and Mocha Rooms are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to provide strategic leadership, oversee all aspects of operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive profitability across our hospitality business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years’ progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years managing a sizeable Food & Beverage (F&B) operation.
• Demonstrated experience managing restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, or multi-outlet hospitality businesses.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health, and hospitality regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all restaurant, café, bar, and accommodation operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and manage departmental heads and operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service excellence.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to Management.
• Identify business improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational excellence.
