Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary

• As our General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the organization, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
• This position involves managing day-to-day activities, leading departments, coordinating resources, and making key decisions that drive the company’s success.
• The GM will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, improve performance, and ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the company, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing clear direction, motivation, and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure staff accountability.
• Manage and control budgets, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze profitability, and propose strategies to enhance financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Must enjoy challenges and be adaptable.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
