Job Summary

• As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our client’s construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
• You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory while maintaining their reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency
• Oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of professionals and contractors
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with clients and partners
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years construction experience with 5+ years in executive leadership
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects
• Strong financial acumen and project management expertise
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Professional certifications (COREN, PMP, NSE) are highly desirable

Salary
N400,000 / Month.
