Job Description

• We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven leader to head our Premium (Scheduled VIP Operations) business in Nigeria.
• This is a high-impact executive role for a professional with strong expertise in luxury aviation services, client relationship management, and operational excellence.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating premium service standards, and delivering seamless VIP flight experiences for high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for premium and VIP scheduled operations
• Secure and manage high-value clientele across corporate, diplomatic, and government sectors
• Drive revenue growth, route optimization, and product differentiation within the premium segment
• Oversee end-to-end VIP operations with a focus on punctuality, discretion, and excellence
• Maintain world-class customer experience standards and personalized service delivery
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements
• Lead and develop a high-performing premium operations and concierge team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in aviation, premium services, or luxury client operations
• Proven success in business development and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of NCAA regulations and international aviation standards
