Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team with a strong background in the Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) industry.
• The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, industry expertise, and a track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability (Strategic Leadership)
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance (Operations Management)

• Leverage PTSP knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks (Industry Expertise)

• Identify and mitigate operational risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Risk Management)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in the PTSP industry, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of business growth and strategic leadership
• Strong understanding of payment terminal services, industry trends, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payment processing, acquiring, and switching
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS)
• Familiarity with technology trends in payment terminals.
