Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Bakery) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery division.
• The ideal candidate will provide leadership, manage staff, ensure high-quality production, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery operations including production, packaging, sales, and distribution.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain recipe consistency, food safety, and quality standards.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Drive sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and industry regulations.
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ management experience in bakery/food & beverage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, and quality control.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
