We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Anambra

Job Summary

  • As our General Manager, you will provide high-level leadership and strategic oversight to ensure seamless, peak operations across our property.
  • We look to you to drive commercial growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • This is a proactive role requiring a deep understanding of hospitality business functions, and we need someone ready to step in and drive immediate impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Guest Experience: You will oversee all property departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering), monitor our brand standards, and implement process improvements based directly on guest feedback.
  • Financial Management: You will manage budgets, review P&L reports, analyze key hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, GOP), and proactively identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strategic & Admin Support: You will prepare performance reports and presentations for corporate ownership, manage executive schedules, and oversee high-profile property events.
  • Business Development: We expect you to conduct market research and competitor analysis to secure corporate accounts, lock in major group bookings, and evaluate potential property growth or renovation opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: You will act as our primary brand ambassador, maintaining strong, professional relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Risk & Confidentiality: You must handle all sensitive data (VIP profiles, payroll, financial records) with absolute discretion and proactively mitigate any operational, safety, or financial risks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business (an MBA is a plus) combined with a minimum of 5 years of high-level hospitality management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and revenue software.
  • Core Competencies: Strong financial acumen, operational insight, sharp analytical problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Traits: High emotional intelligence when under pressure (especially when handling guest complaints or sudden crises), strong work ethics, and a decisive leadership style.
