Job Summary

• The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the catering comp
• This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage teams, clients, and vendors while ensuring high service and food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the catering and event business, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise catering events, including logistics, staffing, and execution.
• Lead, manage, and motivate kitchen staff, service teams, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and quality control standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, pricing, and profitability of catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Handle client negotiations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive business growth through marketing support, partnerships, and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in catering, hospitality, or event management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and large-scale catering operations.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
