We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff across departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, etc.).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills for handling staff and guest complaints.
  • Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue streams.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and payroll management.
  • Ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service at all touchpoints.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently.
  • Promote a customer-first approach among staffs
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external partners.
  • Ensure the hotel meets and exceeds operational standards in cleanliness, guest service, and overall quality.
  • Monitor service quality and employee performance.
  • Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant regulations, including labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Expatriates only
  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in hotel management or a similar role, often in various departments like front office, housekeeping, or food & beverage.
  • Must Possess a Work Permit and must currently be in Nigeria,

Salary
N300,000 – N1,500,000 / month.
