Job Summary

• Harvest Feeds and Agro Processing Ltd is seeking a competent and reliable Gas Generator Operator to oversee the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of gas-powered generators.
• The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted power supply while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gas generators to ensure continuous power supply.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Monitor generator performance and report any faults or abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team during repairs and servicing.
• Keep the generator area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience operating gas generators or similar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of generator maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Technical certification related to power generation or mechanical operations.
• Knowledge of gas engine systems and auxiliary equipment.
