We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Web)

Key Responsibilities

• You will work across different technology stacks and languages (mainly JavaScript (React.JS, Node.JS, TypeScript) and PHP (Slim framework).
• Supervise junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly
• Participate in every stage of feature development from design and brainstorming through feature implementation, including fixing of critical bugs under a tight release deadline.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features for the website.
• Must be able to read, edit codes written by other developers to fix bugs and transform outdated code to its latest version.
• Work with other developers, business analysts, and product managers across the product teams to understand business and technical processes, gather requirements, and collaborate on the delivery of solutions.
• Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies as advised by management.
• Ensure that all software developed within your team satisfies the business requirements as specified.
• Create and enforce processes that improve developer efficiency and productivity.
• Technical documentation – Document every aspect of application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding feature development statuses to the team and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications; conduct UI tests and optimize performance.
• Participate in the application lifecycle; develop sustainable web applications with clean codes.
• Provide training and support to other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any other related field.
• Knowledge of Node.JS, React.JS, Express.JS TypeScript is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience building web applications with technology stacks specified above.
• Experience working with google cloud platform/ google cloud services is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Proven Work Experience as a Full Stack Web Developer
