Job Summary

• We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong software development experience and a solid understanding of the financial services sector to join a growing financial institution.
• The ideal candidate will be more than just a developer—they should understand financial workflows, microfinance operations, transaction processes, and how technology can improve financial services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and financial technology solutions.
• Develop workflows for customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections and reporting.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases and third-party financial services.
• Develop secure, user-friendly front-end and robust back-end systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Automate and improve existing financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with 4 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer/Engineer.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, Git and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in banking, fintech, microfinance or related financial services is highly preferred.
• Understanding of financial systems and business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

The Ideal Candidate

• We need a developer who can think beyond writing code—someone who understands financial-sector challenges and can design and develop practical workflows and systems for a microfinance environment.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 Monthly.
