About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to build, integrate, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the product, design, operations, and other technical teams to develop reliable and user-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.
• Develop high-quality frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, and security measures.
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Monitor application performance and continuously improve system efficiency.
• Maintain existing applications and implement new features based on business and product requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Strong frontend and backend development experience.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying real-world applications.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• A strong portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of completed projects will be an advantage.

Required Technical Skills
