Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development of bespoke application for the organization
Managing the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment
Work with development team and product managers to ideate software solution
Architect new software solutions to meet organizational needs
Conceptualise, design and implement new features to enhance existing applications.
Coordinate the testing and release of all the company’s software solutions.
Coaching and mentoring of junior software Engineers
Carry out code review on existing and newly developed applications
Testing new software technology to ensure it meets the organizations operational and security requirements
Rolling out fixes and upgrade to Software as needed.
Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing
Integrate external and internal software libraries and APIs into existing projects
Manage the organization’s repo and version control
Develop technical documentations for all in-house developed software solutions.
