Job Title: Fulfilment Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Overview

• As the Fulfillment Assistant, your role is essential in making sure every order is accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
• You need to be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, ensuring that all fulfillment processes run smoothly.
• I expect you to take full ownership of this process, working closely with the Fulfillment Officer and dispatch riders to make sure deliveries are seamless every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Pickup & Verification
• Packing & Accuracy
• Labeling & Dispatch Preparation
• Handover to Dispatch Riders
• Reporting & Communication

Targets & Expectations:

• Pick up, pack, and dispatch all assigned orders daily without any delays.
• Ensure zero errors in order fulfillment, making sure every package meets customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with the Fulfillment Officer and dispatch riders to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Constantly look for ways to improve fulfillment efficiency and maintain high performance.

• Reporting & Documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and tracking systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / Month.
