Job Title: Frontliner (Waiter / Waitress)

ocation: Island & Mainland, Lagos

Role Summary

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide assistance
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and POS experience
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
