We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office / IT Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to undertake both front office and IT duties of the Company
• Welcoming guests and delivering all incoming and outgoing mails and packages
• Answering and addressing questions or complaints
• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Keeping all computer systems running smoothly, providing direct user assistance
• Solving technical and computer hardware problems

Education and Experience

• B.Sc. in related field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology (IT)
• Between the ages of 25 – 35 years
• Familiarity with all office machines (e.g. printers, laptop computers, photocopiers etc.)
• Should have a good understanding of hardware maintenance and software applications
• Minimum of two years experience.

Key Competencies:

• Ensuring that parts are replaced as required
• Problem solving skills.
