We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Keep the front office tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, stationeries, etc.
• Welcome clients, answer inquiries, and address complaints
• Manage switchboard: Answer all incoming calls and reroute them or take messages
• Liaisons: Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
• Handle outgoing deliveries by securing parcels, coordinating dispatch/ delivery, etc
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated visitor records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.).
