Job Title: Front Desk / Sales Representative

Location: Yenagoa, Bayelsa

Reports To: Spa Manager

Job Summary

• The Front Desk/Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for all spa guests, providing exceptional customer service while actively promoting spa services and products
•  This role combines administrative efficiency with sales excellence to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities 

• Customer Service & Reception
• Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly
• Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and pricing
• Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Actively promote spa services, packages, and retail products
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and memberships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up with clients for repeat bookings and feedback
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash records.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Manage inventory of retail products and report stock levels
• Prepare daily sales reports and client feedback summaries
• Update client database and membership information
• Coordinate with therapists to optimize scheduling
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Facility Management:

• Ensure reception area is always presentable and welcoming
• Monitor and maintain ambient music, lighting, and temperature
• Stock reception area with necessary supplies and materials
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality (spa experience is an advantage)
• Experience with booking systems and point-of-sale software preferred.
