Job Title: Front Desk / IT Personnel

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Business oriented Male staff who can handle our front desk position and work as an IT personnel.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.
• Track and order office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records and files.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND or relevant qualification.
• 2 – 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Graphics designs andBusiness registration.
