Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
• Manage phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and scheduling.
• Support office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
• 1- 2 years’ experience in front desk or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent grooming and customer service orientation.
