We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the IT company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to relevant departments (e.g., technical support, sales)
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operations
  • Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary
  • Support administrative functions when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
