Job Description

• We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, warm, proactive, and able to create an excellent first impression for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally
• Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
• Handle calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Support billing, payments, and record keeping
• Coordinate patient flow and clinic schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good use of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Well-presented, organized, and reliable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospital front desk operations is an added advantage.
