Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Secretary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating and filing reports
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Prioritising workloads
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Reception functions including telephone answering, walk-in enquiries, meeting room operations and staff movements (in/out) calendar,
• Oversee the incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate Courier services as required

Requirements

• Interested applicants must have at least OND qualification with good proficiency in Microsoft office.
• At least 2 years experience.
