Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Area 11 Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls effectively
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front desk, reception, or secretarial roles
• Proficiency in office software and phone systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A friendly, professional demeanor and appearance.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
