DRG Hospital is a new medical facility in Kubwa, with services including general medicine, surgery, maternity, laboratory, scan and ECG, special baby care unit, ear, nose, and throat, and dental services.

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with customers and visitors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other office applications.
• Ability to answer phone calls, receive visitors, schedule appointments, and handle enquiries.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be neat, presentable, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
• Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English language, both spoken and written.
