Duties

• Answering the telephones, taking and maximising bookings. Meeting, greeting and seating guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.

Requirements

• Qualification: SSCE / ND
• Applicants must reside around Garki Axis
• Passion for the job
• Have a year or more experience as a Front Desk.
• Must be fluent in English.
