Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive patients and make sure they are properly attended to.
• Provide basic clerical duties such as photocopying, record filing, posting information, and distributing mail, as required
• Cover all incoming calls quickly and effectively; must address issues effectively and expeditiously at all times
• Coordinate the scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling of patients’ appointments as required.
• Assist patients to fill out information forms as necessary.
• Communicate with clients to determine if their enrolees are covered for treatments and obtain approval code if covered.
• Assist in scheduling clinical appointments for patients, placing reminder calls, and informing patients and dentists of appointment changes made by either party.

Requirements:

• At least OND level qualification
• 1 – 3 years relevant experience

Salary:
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly
