Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as taking messages.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keeping the front desk and reception area clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• OND or equivalent is typically required; previous experience in a customer service or clerical role is often preferred.
