Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Alakija / Satellite Town, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at EE Wellness Hub.
• This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing appointments and inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception area.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and class registrations efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Maintain organized records of client information and payments.
• Provide information about services, classes, and gym policies.
• Handle minor client complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support administrative tasks and assist other staff as needed.

Requirements

• Applicants must reside within the Alakija/Satellite Townaxis of Lagos State.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional certifications in administration or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, booking software).
