We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Obafemi Owode, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift to load and unload products within the Factory.
• Safely transport materials between Magazines, Production and Designated areas
• Perform routine and pre-operational inspection and maintenance, and Cleaning of the Forklift.
• Adhere to all factory safety policies, traffic rules and operational guidelines
• Use appropriate PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) while operating a forklift
• Maintain accurate logs of forklift operations, movement of Goods and fuel usage
• Support documentation of loading/unloading activities when required.
• Report any equipment faults, malfunctions, or maintenance needs promptly
• Assist in inventory checks and provide reports on materials handled.

Qualifications and Requirements

• SSCE or OND or NCE or similar qualification
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience as a forklift Operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to maintain accurate logs of forklift operations
• Adhere strictly to Factory and HSE safety procedures
• Ability to conduct Pre-Operational inspections of forklifts before use to ensure proper functionality
• Communication: Communicate or report any finding regarding maintenance issues on the forklift to the supervisor.
