Job Summary

• A foremost construction company is seeking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Foreman to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will provide hands-on supervision of site operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and artisans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, materials usage, and report on site performance.
• Maintain discipline, orderliness, and productivity on site.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of BSc or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven track record with minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in building and civil engineering works.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and safety standards.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
