Job Description

• Food Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor designs personalized nutrition plans and fitness programs, educates clients on healthy lifestyle choices, and guides them toward achieving wellness goals through diet and exercise.
• This dual role blends expertise in nutritional science with physical training to promote holistic health.

Duties
Nutritionist:

• Assess clients’ dietary needs through consultations and health evaluations.
• Develop customized meal plans based on age, health conditions, fitness goals, and dietary restrictions.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay updated on current nutrition science and dietary guidelines.

Fitness Instructor:

• Design and lead fitness programs tailored to individual or group needs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and coach clients to achieve fitness milestones.
• Track performance and adapt workouts to progress.
• Promote injury prevention through warm-ups, cool-downs, and proper form.
