Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and problem-solving: Ability to stay organized and make quick decisions.
• F&B knowledge: Experience with food planning, storage, and menu development.
• Flexibility: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer service: Ensuring high standards of service, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Operational oversight: Supervising daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and coordinating with other departments like the kitchen and bar.
• Inventory and cost control: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.
• Menu and promotions: Assisting with menu planning and developing promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Reporting and analysis: Analyzing sales and financial reports to inform decision-making and assess operational efficiency.
• Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff, setting performance standards, and conducting performance evaluations.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 – 5 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
