Job Description

• Our client is seeking a Lebanese Expatriate with strong international experience to manage and lead all Food & Beverage operations in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance across restaurants, bars, room service, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring quality service across all outlets.
• Lead, coach, and manage F&B staff to meet performance and service standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement brand standards and ensure service excellence at every touchpoint.
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and foster staff development.

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 10 – 15 years in 4/5-star hotels, with at least 5 years in a senior F&B leadership role.
• Strong operational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in hotel openings or repositioning is a plus.
• Must currently reside in Nigeria.
• Flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
