Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager. This role is crucial to maintaining and enhancing our guests’ experience while ensuring efficient operations and profitability of all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and other F&B outlets to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and lead F&B team members, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
  • Create staff schedules and manage resources to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and prepare financial performance reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and food offerings.
  • Plan and implement promotional events, special themes, and dining experiences to drive revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Ensure all F&B areas meet brand standards and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or a similar role in a reputable hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service protocols, and health regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.
  • Superior problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
