Job Title: Floor Manager

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Factory Manager

Job Summary

• The Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day factory floor operations, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers and oversee the workflow on the factory floor.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Address any issues that arise on the production floor.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably furniture.
• Proven track record of managing teams in a production setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
