Job Title: Flight Booking Officer / Ticketing Agent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Summary

• We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person who understands flight ticket booking and reservation systems to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel and able to handle clients’ flight requests quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Search, book, and issue flight tickets for clients using Amadeus,
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Calculate fares, reissue/refund tickets, and monitor airline policies and promos.
• Maintain daily records of bookings, payments, and client follow-ups.
• Support the sales and visa departments when needed.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an ND / Degree
• We’re looking for flight reservations staff, with a minimum of two years of experience with a registered travel agency.

Salary
N80,000 – N110,000 monthly.
