Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator to manage, operate, and maintain flexographic printing machines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in polythene printing, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate flexo printing machines efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed.
Monitor print quality, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall product consistency.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Document production data, machine performance, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
Work flexible shifts (morning and night) with possible overtime when production needs arise.

Work Schedule:

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating flexo printing machines in a polythene production environment.
Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes and machinery.
Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours when needed.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to relocate to Emene, Enugu, if not already residing locally.

Key Competencies:

Salary
NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience).
