Job Title: Fleet Manager Assistant

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview

• The Fleet Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet department.
• This role ensures that Trucks, drivers, and transportation activities are managed efficiently to support smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing fleet operations and logistics activities
• Monitor vehicle usage, driver performance, and compliance
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
• Support vehicle scheduling and dispatching
• Coordinate with drivers and internal staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on fleet activities and performance
• Follow up on vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily fleet operations

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Gender: Male (Preferable)
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years, strictly within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• High resilience, adaptability, and readiness to handle operational emergencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
