Description

• GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a results-driven and experienced Fleet Lead to oversee and optimize our fleet operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across our logistics network.
• In this role, you will manage daily fleet activities, ensuring optimal vehicle deployment, timely dispatch, and maximum utilization to meet operational demands. You will oversee preventive maintenance schedules, monitor vehicle performance, and ensure all fleet assets are in excellent working condition to minimize downtime.
• You will also supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations, while providing guidance and support where necessary.
• A key part of your role will involve tracking fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and overall fleet expenses to drive efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Additionally, you will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate fleet records, and prepare performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with operations and logistics teams to align fleet availability with business needs and support seamless delivery execution.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, solid knowledge of fleet and vehicle management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 – 6 years experience.
