Job Summary

• The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring exceptional service, world-class dining experiences, and operational excellence.
• They lead the team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, including service, kitchen, and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Train, and mentor staff to provide professional, courteous, and efficient service.
• Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create seasonal menus and special events.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, labor costs, and operational budgets.
